The world is moves at a hectic pace. Everybody is in a hurry and trying to accomplish multiple things in a limited time. This, combined with the many recent lifestyle changes has resulted in many experiencing higher stress levels.

People don't seem to find the time to sit back and relax. They wonder how to deal with stress and try various methods for fighting it but are unsuccessful. So, for all those people who want stress relief - exercise may be the answer.

Even daily tasks like - shopping, cooking, house work, playing games count as exercise!
